Ryhm\u00e4 harjoittelee kerran viikossa, ennen n\u00e4yt\u00f6ksi\u00e4 ja kisoja hieman enemm\u00e4n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tunneilla keskityt\u00e4\u00e4n voimisteluominaisuuksiin &#8211; muun muassa vartalotekniikkaan, jalkatekniikkaan, voiman ja liikkuvuuden yll\u00e4pit\u00e4miseen.
